Errors

SCILL API uses standad HTTP status codes to indicate the success or the failure of a request. In general, codes in the 2xx range indicate success, while codes in the 4xx range indicate an error with your request.

Most 4xx errors return a message in the response to indicate what went wrong. Check them to see what is missing or failed.

Errors in the 5xx range indicate an issue on our side. In these cases, please consult tech support immediately.
